Yes, this place has amazing animals. However, we turned around immediately upon arrival after seeing the small bare enclosures that some of the animals were in. We just couldn't support this zoo that seems to be purely for profit considering the amount they charge for admission and encounters, yet have such pitiful enclosures for the animals. We couldn't bare to see animals living under such conditions. So sad and disappointed.

Nice family place, clean, staff was nice and informative. Its worth it to stop here when your in area.

Just a great time. My daughter has enjoyed going back year after year.

While all the wildlife we saw were well fed, and the smaller animals, happy, for the most part, I was disappointed in the enclosures, particularly for the larger animals. For as much money as this operation charges for its "encounters" it could afford to improve the habitats of several inhabitants. The Beavers and the lone Cougar had pretty dismal enclosures. Just almost bare pens carved out of pine forest, and small. I saw nothing in way of enrichment for the Cougar and nothing was mentioned. She was sucking on a paw during the tour we took which was passed off as an indication that she was "very, very happy" but in actuality is a stereotypic behavior of a cat removed from her mother too soon who is self-soothing in a stressful situation (caged without enrichment and being constantly ogled by people). Likewise, the two Zebras were housed in a small, bare paddock with little room, and no grazing. When compared to other zoos/sanctuaries we've visited, i.e. Noah's Ark, Big Cat Rescue, The Wild Animal Sanctuary and such, this establishment pales in comparison while charging a premium.

I worked here for a year, so I'm a bit biased, but this place is simply amazing. I decided to apply for a job because I was already so in love with what they do. If you want an amazing experience that you will talk about for years to come, this us it. Whether you hire them to bring animals to a party or event, or you decide to visit the working farm and zoo, you will meet incredible animals and great people while having a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
