Food has always been ---- well it's BAD. My dogs even turned their nose up at. Now thats bad. Needs better management -- and better trained employees. But most of all try to hire folks that care about their job. They applied and got hired, McDonalds didn't force you to apply -- don't apply if you can't at least smile and acknowledge customers.
Good breakfast, when they actually get my order correct. Nothing like getting to work and finding a biscuit in place of a mcgriddle, or you're missing items you were charged for... or better yet when you tell them you're missing items, being accused of lying to get a free yogurt... in a very sarcastic way. If another mcdonalds wasnt so far out of the way I would stop coming here altogether. The younger employees are very smart-assy when you have to repeat that you want milk five times... they finally get it when you say white liquid that comes from a cow... this place blows my mind. Also there seems to be a trend forming during the busiest time of the day, when everyone is getting breakfast before work... a line out to the main road, but yet the second "express lane" is closed off with a cone... if i could get a mcgriddle anywhere else i most definitely would...
The youngest grandkids like McDonald's for the Happy Meal. the chicken nuggets. Are the only thing I like at McDonald's. And the fries and the chicken nuggets are delicious the best chicken nuggets out of any fast food restaurant the Big Mac is good .. but I remember years ago the Big Mac was bigger it is getting smaller and smaller as the years go by I'm not too fond of McDonald's anymore it doesn't seem like it's real meat may soy meat. Maybe it. Has a lot of fillers in it but it sure don't taste like it's beef..
Very impressed with this McDonald's. Stopped for coffee when traveling through and it was very clean and staff was very friendly and efficient, even though they were very busy at the time.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 quarter pounders one with cheese one without. I got home and had 2 dry burgers, no ketchup, pickles, onions nothing. 1 had a 1/2 slice of cheese in one. Even the buns were on the meat upside down. So back I go to get it corrected. Daniel the manager said he wanted to see the burgers and he took them inside. I did NOT get fresh made burgers. He just added the ketchup, onions, and pickles to the burgers and brought them back to me. The meat was cold. I said something about it and Daniel the manager, said that's the best he could do. Nothing was offered to compensate my inconvenience. No free pie, fries etc... I barely got the meal I ordered. This was not your typical service at this mcd's. But the staff and service was not the norm last night.
