First visit inside was good a couple weeks ago. Today only one car was in front of me at the drive-through window. Still, it was too long a wait since 3 girl employees were chatting and visiting with the young people in that car. When I finally got to the window, the girl said "Two doughnuts?", and that was it. No apology for the long wait or greeting of any kind. Why aren't people trained to say "Thank You" anymore? "Have a nice day" doesn't cut it with most adults. Especially when the service is not good, that doesn't make for a "Nice day". I wouldn't expect basic manners, here in the South, to be neglectful to say a simple "Thank You"! There's no better choice of words to say to a customer...after all, the customer is what pays the bills and the employee's pay checks! Without the customer, there's no job for anyone!! Please teach the young people, it truly DOES matter!
Dunkin’ Donuts is honestly the best place I have ever worked. I love my Dunkin family. The owners are very sweet and understanding. Best place ever .
Still good though.
Great place great coffee, somedays it's like they forget to put something in it though.
I recently went through the drive through for Baskin Robbins, and the woman working that position was really sweet. But, it took twenty minutes to get two milkshakes out. One wasn’t even right. The woman seemed confused about the order? I mean..it wasn’t a hard order. On top of that, they’re always out of something. And the price for two milkshakes rang up like ten something? If I’m paying ten dollars for two milkshakes, then they better come out in less than twenty minutes. The milkshakes were good though..
Facility and parking lot were clean and looked good. Went in for ice cream and there were only 2 people working the ice cream side: 1 assisting a customer, the other had to be asked to stop wiping counters to come help me. And he wasn't very helpful. The girls working the doughnut side were chatting as they had no customers, but never offered to come help. I will return, but only for the product selections, not for the service. The prices were also high for ice cream. It could have been a better first time visit.
And for Dublin Donuts, I got a coffee a couple weeks ago and noticed it tasted a little funny. Come to find out, they were using spoiled milk. So.
