He is the best plumber in the world
Im the general manager of a hotel in Helen Ga. When i arrived in October we began to have issues with the plumbing in one room. The sewage woulf back up constantly and we would have to clean it out and go from there. It eventually got out of hand and it was something we could no longer maintain ourselves. We contacted a plumber and he came out and didnt do anything but charged us $250.00 and the problem intensified times ten. Thankfully we found Tommy McClure. He came out on several occasions to discuss with us the issues we were having and the prep work we would need to do on our end. Even stopping by one day just to check up on us. The day he came out he spent a little over an hour and only needed to use one piece of equipment to fix our problem at hand and diagnosed so that we would know what to expect in the future so we could be proactive in making sure it gets fixed permanently.
Hes courteous and polite, he explains things in a way so that everyone can understand and he treats you like a human being and not just some paycheck. He doesnt act superior and most importantly he does NOT price gouge. Hes absolutly THE BEST plumber i have ever worked with and i vow to never work with another one, personally or professionally. I recommend him to anyone, residential or commercial. Not only have i found our go to plumber but i learned he actually does great electrical work as well and after some more time learning and studying hes going to become one of the best heating and ac guy in Helen as well!!
Recently moved to Cleveland and needed to add a bathroom to new home. Called Tommy for a price quote. He came within a couple of days and looked at what we needed. He was very friendly and professional. This company did an excellent job at a wonderful price. (Another plumber, friend of a friend gave us a quote of over a thousand dollars more than Tommy McClure Plumbing wanted). The plumber who actually did the work for us was Aaron and he did a fantastic job and in just a couple of days. We are very pleased with Tommy McClure plumbing and if we ever need these services again it will definitely be this company.
Tommy McClure came to our house to asses repairs needed to our bathtub pipe that was leaking. We have a home warranty and he is who the warranty company sent. He told us he could get the repairs covered under warranty and as soon as the warranty company approved it he would make the repairs. This was Friday April 28th. That day I paid the $75 deductible to McClure Plumbing and my check was cashed right away. During the next week we were told that he was waiting on the warranty company. It was getting to the end of week and we had not heard anything from Tommy. We called several times and left messages but no answer from him. The following Monday (now May 8th) we called the warranty company to get a status on the repair. I was told nothing had been called in. When Tommy did finally call it in he told the warranty company the issue was due to improper installation and it would not be covered under warranty. I am not sure if Tommy's intentions were to ever fix anything but he got $75 and I got no repairs. He no longer takes our phone calls and has referred us to the warranty company.
Terrific job. Fast and friendly. I'll use him for all my plumbing needs going forward.
