For 10 years I have worked in customer service I am currently the store manager for Verizon in Cleveland, Ga and the way she treated me is the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. I finally told her i wanted a refund because I was not about to drive up there after paying the delivery fee for a pizza that was INCORRECT. She then tells me that she will not deliver to my house anymore and that if I wanted to order with them that I would have to order as carry out. I am highly disappointed and upset at how I was treated tonight. Working in customer service for as long as I have I know what customer service should look and sound like especially in a small town like we live in. The way she represented your company tonight was very distasteful.
on Sunday night 10/29 I had the worst experience with your Cleveland location. After getting the pizza delivered I realized they had messed up my order AGAIN. This is not the 1st time. (In the same month) my order was supposed to be the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. This is now the 2nd time they failed to put the Buffalo sauce on my pizza. The 1st time this happened they brought me a new pizza and extra sauce for the first one that was incorrect. Tonight when I realized the same thing happened again, I called and I don't know who I spoke to, but she politely apologized and said someone will deliver another pizza to you. I then get a call right back from the general manager (who was very rude by the way) telling me that I HAD TO RETURN THE INCORRECT PIZZA. Now this upset me because no one argued with the 1st lady on the phone who told me the same thing. I politely said to her " that's fine" and that was it. So it took me by surprise and I was unsure as to why she was even calling...So yes i was upset but who wouldn't be after the conversation I had with her because it gets worse. She then tells me that I WOULD HAVE TO come get the correct pizza and that they were not going to deliver to me after THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. This was their fault yet I was treated as if I had made the mistake?
I would of given a five dollar tip if I didn't have a limit,it cost the same to deliver a five dollar item as it does a fourteen dollar order ,but they just lost them a five dollar tip
Very slow it took an hour and ten minutes to get 2 pizzas then when I called they did nothing for me, when my pizza finally arrived it was cold
