Dont expect quality here. If you need a roof over your head it serves but thats about the only good thing from this hole in the wall
Horrible. Room had a smoke alarm that chirped every few seconds. I notified the front desk multiple multiple times before they came to check it. They never did fix it. Rented the room for a week. Our TV would not work. When I called the front desk it took the owner 2 hours to address the situation. Our AC would not work, the pool water was murky and dirty. So dirty after swimming once I refused to go back in. Pieces of hair weave literally floating in the water. After hours you can watch the drug deals in the parking lot from your upstairs breezeway. The breakfast was pitiful. I paid $350 for a week. Do yourself a favor and pay Helen's Prices.
Just an old Days Inn with new paint and roof. Everything else about 20 years old. Go somewhere else! I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again.
Stayed there in April. Should have turned around when I saw paperwork lying all over the check-in area, who knows what kind of personal info lying around.
Owner tried to charge me $89 for a Thursday in Cleveland, GA.
Bed sheets had blood stains, one towel looked like a cat used it for a scratching pad, other had blood stains. No washcloths, no bath mat, tub wouldn't drain, hot water in shower lasted about two minutes. Toilet ran all night; tried to fix it but the mechanism was so rusted and grungy I was afraid I would break it. Floor lamp had no switch, falling apart, looked like they pulled it out of a dumpster. Couldn't use microwave, no place to plug it in.
The management and staff made good on our needs, and made us feel welcomed during the evacuation. The beds we're exceptionally comfortable and staff made sure we had a clean room everyday. We would definitely come back. Great service.
Do not go there. Rooms are terrible and they say they are pet friendly but only have one room for pets.
