Just a avrage laundromat, nothing to write home about but it gets the job done
I moved to Sautee in December. Been using the wash and fold service, which is excellent to start with. Now I'm washing my own, the laundry is kept immaculate, the dryers and washer are well maintained and clean. The price of a wash or dry is very reasonable and both units hold large amounts of wash. Clean inside and out...its great!! This is a well maintained and operated establishment.
Very clean facility with clean machines. Drop off service offered is great.. I can wash my car and the dog while waiting on laundry.. Awesome place. Thanks.
Lady there was very rude. Came to only dry clothes left them in for 30 minutes and still just as wet as when I added them. First time and last time. I'll drive the extra miles to have better service.
Employees are rude. One guy there was really nice, but he was cleaning the parking lot.
It's the only coin operated laundromat in Cleveland. But they close at 7 pm (changed from 8) and will not allow you to add Laundry after 6 pm. That makes it hard for people who work full time, pick up the kids, load the clothes up and get to the laundromat by 6pm.
