I received the warmest greeting from Misty who explained that all of their agents were busy but that Kurt would be returning my call in five minutes. Kurt returned my call in less than five minutes and was so helpful. He made himself available to me anytime that was convenient for me outside of their office hours. He even said if I went with a different insurance company, they would be happy to answer any questions, review any documents or help in our search for car insurance in any way that they could. I am really blown away by their level of customer service and "neighborly" disposition and genuine care.
