The Walmart in Cleveland, GA is the perfect place to find just about anything you could possibly need for your home, office, or automobile. This is one of the better location in Northeast GA. They have a large variety of products, it was very clean, and easy parking. What more can you ask for?
I love my local store. Great Manager, but wow the cashier's are unbelievably unprofessional, talking to each other while ringing up my purchase. They'll bag the groceries and let them pike up and absolutely refuse to put the bags in the shopping cart. She'll actually stop ringing the groceries to ask ME to put them in the cart. AND for me to pick up case of soda or dog food. Wow. Do the job you're hired to do.
We waited for a long time for help in electronics. Finally an associate from apparel helped us. The website for Wal Mart was misleading. The store did not carry what the website said. Poor, unprofessional service overall. The person from apparel was helpful and apologetic.
We went into the store to buy my granddaughter a bathing suit. It being 2 weeks before the beginning of school they were very few in fact only 1 bathing suit that fit her. When we returned to our condo which was another town we realized we had left the bathing suit at the register. We welled the store they went through everything they could and found that one bathing suit. My poor husband is now on his way back to pick it up.I just want to say the people at the Walmart in Cleveland Georgia were phenomenal if we could get that kind of service at our Walmart in Jacksonville Florida it would be a miracle.
Not very well stocked. Few lines opened ever. A last resort for me to shop.
