Went there today and used my bank card pushed the 7 dollar wash it took 10 out of my account. Why rip a poor person off ????????
I've been there twice. First time on the $6 car auto wash it charged $10 to my credit card. Today I tried the spray yourself section and had to use my credit card because the dollar machine was broken. The $ machine read "$2 for 4 minutes" but it gave me 10 minutes and charged my credit card $16. A friend said it charged him $10 on the $6 wash before too.
Have been here many times over the years and have never experienced any troubles...until yesterday. Used the automatic wash for $8. The machine only did half my car with the liquid wax. Today I see I was charged $10 on my credit card. No phone # to call. No one to talk with unless I drive back there and hope an employee or owner is actually there. Appears thus is happening to others, too. This is too small a town for shady business practices. Perhaps it under new (and worse) ownership.
The machine took 10 dollars off my card when it says it only charges 5 for 10 minutes!
