The staff at the Cleveland GA store were courteous, professional and very helpful. The one young man took time to explain the creature comforts of the vehicle rented, which I thought went above the normal service of a rental car company. Overall a very good experience and would go to Enterprise again for rentals.

After having many problems with Enterprise Rental I swore I would never deal with them again. As they are the only rent a car business around I had no choice but to rent a car from. Making the reservation seemed to go smoothly until I call the Cleveland, GA office to confirm. They had me down for 1day self pay rental when this was an insurance claim and I would have the car cor a month. As you can imagine, I saw stars and it was all happening again, another deadbeat experience at Enterprise. Well, much to my surprise, it was no problem and the Cleveland office took care of me. They were very professional and I was in and out of the office with my upgrade in less then 15 minutes.
The guys that helped me out were great! Showed me all my options and went over all the car features before I left. Friendly and down to earth staff. Quick to pickup and drop off. Definitely rent from this one again. Thank you.
